Candidates are selected based on their demonstrated impact in community work, leadership potential, and capacity to turn innovative ideas into effective initiatives.

For the 2026 Cohort:
- Fully funded Master’s degree in Social Change Leadership at the University of Melbourne.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand, or a Pacific Island nation.
- Have 5–8 years of professional experience in social impact or community leadership (mid-career, ages 25–65) or hold a relevant undergraduate degree.
- Not be enrolled in any academic program or awaiting thesis assessment as of January 2026.
- Not currently participate in another Atlantic Fellowship program.
- Be fluent in English.
- Hold or be eligible for a valid passport and commit to ~7 weeks of travel across Australia and New Zealand in 2026.
- Pacific Island applicants must be able to obtain an Australian student visa.
